Abstract
Raising the employee performance wasn’t easy. Organization often had trouble to identify the low performance of employee. One of the main component related with employee performance was employee motivation. Parameter to find out the employee motivation could be seen from the organization ability in fulfilling the employee needs. The research was done at Family Planning and Wealthy Family Institution (BKKBS) in Blitar Residence. The problem was officer performance in Family Planning and Wealthy Family Institution (BKKBS) still needed to increase, there was indication that motivation given to the employee wasn’t optimum. The research aimed to find out motivation variable influence consisted of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, respect needs, and self-actualization, whether in simultaneous or partial to employee performance at Family Planning and Wealthy Family Institution Blitar residence and analyzed among motivation variables consisted of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, respect needs had the most dominant influence to the performance of Family Planning and Wealthy Family Institution Blitar residence employee. In the research, there used survey approach which was explanation associative, while data analysis used multiple regression analysis. According the research, there found that motivation variable consisted of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, respect needs, and self-actualization whether in simultaneous or partial had significant influence to the employee performance of Family Planning and Wealthy Family Institution Blitar Residence. From the research, there also found that respect needs was the most influence variable to the performance of Family Planning and Wealthy Family Institution in Blitar Residence.
