Abstract

The hospital has a control system that is oriented towards the implementation and result of hospital operations, one of which is by umplementing an effective and effiecient internal control system. The purpose of this research is to describe the application of the internal control system for drug supplies at the Kaliwates Hospital PTPN XII Jember by th principles of the internal control system. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. The result of tis study indicate that the application of the internal control system for drug supplies at Kaliwates Hospital PTPN XII Jember is appropriate. However, it is known that there are still discrepancies, which is the practice of multiple positions and the absence pf sudden supervision. Based on incompability then suggestions are made to separate the responsibilities of related functions to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the data generated. Then carried out sudden surveillance activities by the supervisory board called PIRS at the Kaliwates Hospital PTPN XII Jember use to improve performance and better supervision
