Abstract

This research discusses about register used by PlayerUnknown’s BattleGround Mobile player. PUBGM has features which the player can communicate and share information on the game. It can be used by quick chat, voice chat and text chat which are called room chat. Therefore, they usually use a lot of unusual languages that are used in PlayerUnknown’s BattleGround Mobile, called as register. This research intended to gain register words, original words, and meaning which mentioned by PUBGM player. This research employed descriptive qualitative design to draw data about register word. The research object is register used by PUBGM player who are used on game for communication. The researcher used document analysis and interview for collecting the data. After analyzing the register on voice chat mentioned by PUBGM player showed there are 25 register used by the players, then there were 5 respondents who available to interview and validate the meaning of register.
