Abstract
Agreement of distribution outlets (distribution) is an agreement excuted between the distribution outlets (distribution) with the clothing company. Where is the owner of distribution outlets (distribution) as a place of care and sale of prodects produced by the clothing company, clothing company as a company that produces products under the brand itself. In writing this essay the author discusses the juridical analysis of the distribution of business outlets (distibution) with the clothing company. The formulation of the problem are : 1. How the implementation of business agreements distribution outlets (distribution) Heroine exp. which include the type of agreement, the agreement in the form of distribution outlets (distribution) and the rights and obligations that must be made by the parties, 2. How, when settlement occurred in the implementation of agreement TORT business distribution outlets (distribution) Heroine exp.. This researchmethod approach is used that is a juridical sociological research that emphasizes the science of juridical law, but in addition it also seeks axamine rule-the rule of law in society. The data used through interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using qualitative methods descriptif is to describe how the status of phenomena that occur ago arranged systematically to obtain the conclusion. Results of this study show that the distribution outlets (distribution) Heroine exp. use consignment cooperation contract in writing under the hand and is a standard agreement mad by the distribution outlets (distribution) Heroine exp. apply to the clothing company without exception. The agreement includes the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. When one of the parties do TORT, through settlement outside court (Non-Litigation), namely negotiations.
