Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounting information system for credit disbursement and repayment and to analyze the effectiveness of the application of accounting information system for granting and repayment of credit at KUD Minatani Savings dan Loan Unit Brondong Lamongan. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using input analysis, process analysis, ouput analysis, and analyzing the effectiveness of the information system for credit distribution and repayment. The result showed that the accounting system for giving and repaying credit was adequate, namely in accordance with cooperative policies. As for the effectiveness of the application of the accounting information system for granting and repayment of credit, it is still not effective because the implementation of procedures is still simple and there are several shortcomings such as the absence of serial numbers on deposit slips and withdrawal slip, manual recording, and concurrent tasks performed by one officer.
