Abstract
A more realistic approach which limits the power method (ultimate strength) compared to previous methods of elastic method or methods of working voltage which permits bending stress determination based on the assumption of linear relationship between voltage with rengangan. on the method of boundary strength (ultimate) so that the structure is planned in such a strong value to be obtained at the time of collapse which is roughly a little less strong than the actual boundary. In the re-planning study of this building structure, including the roof plate, floor plate, beam stem, beam, columns and foundation sinks to the ultimate strength method From the calculation of floor plate structure with 120 mm thick plate in the region gained the largest reinforcement tumpua 10-50 mm and 10-100 mm field areas with the reinforcement of 800-200 mm, while for the roof plate with 100 mm thick plate obtained at the largest reinforcement pedestal region 8-150 mm and 800-200 mm field area, with reinforcement for the 8-250 mm. main beam structure with dimensions 40/60 cm obtained the largest pedestal reinforcement stirrup 6D25 with 10-50 mm, were reinforced with the largest field of 9D25 (tul pull) and 2D25 (tul press) with the cross bar 10-100 mm.Untuk beam with dimensions 20/40 cm obtained with transverse reinforcement 5D12 pedestal reinforcement 10-75 mm field 7D12 obtained with cross bar structure mm.Untuk 10-150 square column dimensions used were 60x60 cm and the largest reinforcement obtained from the calculation is 5D25 each side with a cross bar 10 400.Untuk round-column structure with the dimensions used were 60 cm and the largest reinforcement obtained from the calculation is 5D25 each side with a cross bar 10-400 mm. For the foundation sinks with D = 70 cm from the calculation of the largest reinforcement 8D29 each side with shear reinforcement D10-400 mm. From the re-planning with kekutan method limits the building structure was still within safe limits.
