Abstract

As one transportation, cargo terminal has an important role in economic terms, if viewed from the sub-system of transportation, the cargo terminal is one of the chain for a smooth sea and land cargo transportation. With these functions, the construction of cargo terminals must be accountable both socially and technically. Cargo Terminal at. Semen Gresik (Tuban) in its operational experience is quite complex problems. These problems include, parking on the day and certain hours of parking swelling often occurs. The method used in queuing analysis method is developed Morlok (1978), while for parking analysis was adopted from Warpani (1990). From the evaluation results, the queue is happening (2006) on peak hour of 0.5 trucks for this type of 1.2.L, for as much as 1.33 1.2.H type truck, to the type 1.2.2 (10 m) of 13.07 truck, for type 1.2.2 (10.5 m) of 6.45 trucks, to type as much as 1.2 + 1.2 1.51 trucks, for this type of 1.2 - 22 trucks and as many as 2.49 for the type 1.2 - 9.09 as many as 23 trucks. As for this 10 years from now (2016), the queue for as much as 2.4 1.2.L trucks, for the type of vehicle truck trucks ankle at 9.715, for as much as 25.71 1.2.H type truck, to the type 1.2.2 (10 m) of 9.54 trucks, for the type 1.2.2 (10.5 m) of 3.67 trucks, to type as much as 3.68 1.2 + 1.2 for the type of trucks and 1.2 - 23 trucks as much as 16.27. And parking in Terminal Cargo Capacity PT. Semen Gresik is at 260 SRP. From the observation results obtained from the PT. Semen Gresik, covering a total area of cargo terminal for the current state of 35 135 m2, with a parking requirement of 16 738 m2, while the need for parking space in the next 10 years period (2016) amounted to 49 128 m2
