IMPLEMENTASI FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL : PILIHAN KARIR MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI

The purpose of this research is to determine the internal and external factors that influence accounting students' career choices. The method used in sampling in this research is the Purposive Sampling method. The type of research used in this research is associative quantitative research. So the results obtained are that the intrinsic value variables of work and work environment influence accounting students' career choices. Meanwhile, the variables of professional training, financial rewards, job market considerations, and social values have no influence on accounting students' career choices.
