Abstract
Juridical Conservation toward “Titip Sidang” Implementation on the Road Traffic Violation. On its implementation, there much authority misuses that done by the officer, especially by field officer. The problems of the study from this research are: 1. How the implementation procedures “titip sidang” toward road traffic violation in law area Polresta Malang? 2. How the solutions and obstacles on the implementation “titip sidang” road traffic violation in law area Polresta Malang? This research use Sociological Juridical approach method. The techniques to gather the data are interviewing the respondent or sample that break the traffic and observation in Polresta Malang as the place where the writer takes the primary data. Then, the writers analyze the result data from the research using qualitative descriptive. From the questioners from five person who break the traffic, the researcher conclude that there are three factors which influence the breaker traffic to finish traffic violation problem using “titip sidang” that inappropriate with existing rules, they are: 1) The traffic breaker wants to finish violation on place, 2) The traffic breakers doesn’t know about “titip sidang” procedures, 3) On place solution give benefits for both officer and the breakers. The conclusion is traffic violation solution by “titip sidang” which is inappropriate with the procedures caused by the majority breakers doesn’t know it’s the problem solution procedures on the road traffic violation by “titip sidang”
