Abstract
This research is a correlation study. The object of this study are all manufacturing companies incorporated in LQ 45. This study entitled "The Effect of Capital Structure And Total Assets Turnover On The ROI (Case studies in manufacturing companies incorporated in LQ 45). This study aims to analyze the development of capital structure and total asset turnover and how they affect ROI. This research was least beneficial for two parties, namely the company itself and investors. This study uses financial ratios as a tool of analysis. Financial ratios are as follows: 1). Debt Equity Ratio, 2) Total Assets Turnover, 3) ROI. After analyzing the financial ratio, subsequently conducted a regression analysis to determine how the effects of both variable on the ROI. The results of this study is to note that the company's most lots to reduce its debt borrowing rate is the company Energi Mega Persada, and companies have increased the most high on its debt Paper Factory is a company Tjiwi Chemistry. Companies that experienced the highest increase in total assets owned by the company Indoofod Sukses Makmur and the companies that experienced the lowest decrease is Adhi Karya company. Meanwhile, companies that experienced the highest increase in net income is a company Astra Agro Lestari and companies that experienced the lowest decrease is the company Energi Mega Persada. Based on F test and t test showed that the variables of capital structure and total asset turnover effect on ROI.
