Abstract

Study of the design prestress segmental box girder was intended to analyze the stress control of the structure based on the RSNI T-12-2004. Segmental box girder is a cross section with hollow box. The span of the bridge is 36 m long which will connect the Haji Nawi Station to Blok A Station. Statistical analysis of Midas Civil 2020 v1.1 will be carry out in order to obtain the effective force acting on the overpass. The main box girder was planned with a length of 2 m and a height of 2 m while in the girder cross section has a width of 10 m in each segment. Loads which work on cross sections are analyzed to produce shear moments and forces as a reference for transverse reinforcement of the bridge. Tendon requirements, safe area of cable and cable layout design are planned based design on two conditions of transfer and service. End block design, shear reinforcement and connections between segments were are designed. Stress and deflection on elevated road must meet the requirements of RSNI T-12-2004. Working drawings were in the form of bridge plan, bridge dimensions, transverse reinforcement, longitudinal reinforcement and connections between its segments.
