Abstract

People Crossing Bridge (JPO) on Ir. Soekarno Road, Beji Batu Tourism City connects East Java Park 3 with the Batu Education Tour which was built in 2015, which seems to have suboptimal performance. This study aims to determine the Preference of JPO users about what indicators are important and it is desirable performance by users at the study site. Several stages of the survey were carried out such as the dimensions of the pedestrian bridge dimensions at the study site and the survey of the number of pedestrian bridge people at the study site. The method of taking samples is done by accidental sampling technique. Researchers took samples using the Lemeshow formula of 68 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is to use the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. the results of this study, prioritized improvements such as the placement of the trash can, JPO users are protected from the sun and rain water, and trees around the JPO are able to cool JPO users during the summer, and excessive priority is likely to use JPO to / from Jawa Timur Park 3 towards the Batu Batu Education Tour.
