Abstract
Marriage which in religion term referred as by “marrying” representing tying born mind between a man with a woman as wife husband with a purpose to form family (household) which is part and everlasting pursuant to believing in one God. By dozens found cases in the middle of damage hitting society of him or destruction of a domesticity which is background by mistake in cozening or determining its life couple. As a result, life have family to normally even also fail to be realized, on the contrary which is form is a domesticity colored by below par. Symptom concerning failure in passing off marriage for example because of difference of couple candidate which will pass off family party and marriage like old fellow, which assessing if both candidate of husband ill assorted or uneven, is not parallel with social status, etcetera, or previous on of the parties in a condition perforce to effect of forced by family or him old fellow,what is later; then recognized with term “enforcing off marriage” or “marry to force”. So also with existence of reasons used by old fellow, where old fellow assume that its child choice in cozening couple (wife husband candidate) and do not its child choice or kafa’ah only relied on feeling like and is loving each other, but do not be relied on an equal according to assessment of old fellow. In this case, such married forcing is to old fellow action or sponsor forcing its child, which have adult and have understood about life keep house, to married with its choice men without there is alacrity or approval from the child, so that the child perforce to experience that marriage.
