Abstract
Badness there is since yore in public and can be told as a public disease. Badness is behavior impinging law and impinges social norms, so that public opposes it. The badness stems in public, public giving opportunity to do badness and public self accounting as a result from the badness although indirectly. Therefore to look for badness causes is public. Along the length of history of badness is frightening thing of public, but the thing always at in public because is a disease. Based on above background, hence can be formulated problems as follows: 1) Factors does woman causes do murder badness? 2) What process and effort any kind of done by class public institute IIA woman town Malang to construct the murder arsonists? In compilation of this thesis required a research method. Methodology is element which is absolute required in writing and expansion of science where this method can be interpreted as systematic concept or way network in digging truth causing can be yielded writing closing optimal. Approach applied is yuridis sociologist that is solution based on law and regulation applied ties and theoretical opinion the expert related to above mentioned problems, henceforth is attributed to the reality in public relates to problems which will be studied. Location of Research in instituting class public IIA woman town Malang to know farther how characteristic from arsonist women and how process and construction effort which they obtain in instituting class public IIA woman town Malang. From result of research in instituting woman public Malang that out of 30 convict as sample altogether does murder crime. Obtained data about the cause of doing of murder crime is percentage of the cause of doing of crime is known, because vengeance that is 7 people, because jealous at husband 6 people, because disappointed or shame 6 people and rest because depression a number of 11. While striving construction in instituting town woman public Malang there are two way of construction that is construction of personality and construction of independence. To prevent incidence of repetition of badness for woman convict which has been constructed in instituting public shall quality and construction amount of physical and more psychical improved again, for example addition of hour tuition so that not many out of job time and also addition of number of builder officers which expert in psychological area, religion and social
