PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBEBASAN LAHAN UNTUK PEMBANGUNAN BANDARA KEDIRI (STUDI DI DESA GROGOL KABUPATEN KEDIRI)

This research examines community participation in land acquisition for the construction of Kediri Airport. Study in Grogol Village, Kediri Regency. This research was conducted to find out how the Grogol Village community participated in land acquisition for the construction of the Kediri airport. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological research type. The technique for determining subjects in this research uses techniquespurposive sampling which determines the research sample through criteria. These criteria include people who take part in socialization or public consultation, are selected based on the size of their land, and have lived for more than 10 years. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data analysis proposed by Smith with a modelInterpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The results of this research resulted in the finding that the form of participation carried out by the Grogol Village community was participation in decision making, participation in implementation, problem solving, and participation in land acquisition. To analyze this research, the researcher used Max Weber's theory of social action, where in taking action, the community participates in considerations that are made to achieve goals.
