Current political developments, political parties increasingly shifted from the original ideological orientation; to the interests of the nation, even in practice has led to narrow and temporal interests, seized power and only thicken ansich coffers of wealth himself and his group. Political trends that have high power ego if not anticipated would lead to endless conflict of interest. Casuistic some local election administration in various areas of empirical evidence of the motive of political pragmatism increasingly vibrant color shades of fraud and prolonged polemic. East Java governor election can not be separated from those nuances. Unspecified object of this research on the extent of branch performance and DPD PAN Democratic Party in order to oversee direct elections in East Java? And what political strategy will be launched branch of the PAN and DPD in the capture of the Democratic Party ticket as the Governor of East Java. This research is an inductive approach. Inductive approach is research that depart from the empirical facts in finding a truth. Inductive approach is an integral part of a qualitative approach to describe accurately; individuals, circumstances, symptoms, certain groups and to determine the frequency or distribution of a phenomenon in society. While the instrument in gathering data using observation, interviews, and documentation. From this research we can know that the performance of political parties in East Java direct election scene work based on two aspects: first, including performance-based monitoring of the implementation of the main functions of a political party that is in the perspective of interest articulation, aggregation of demand and support, recruitment of candidates, and socialization Vision-mission, programs and slogans candidates/ candidate pairs jargon. Second, based political strategy that works in two ways: first understand the political map is to understand the political culture in East Java community and to calculate the political machine and its underbouw bearers. Both the strategic plan is to build a coalition of political parties (coalitions pragmatic and strategic coalition) and the campaign strategy pairs Governor-Lieutenant Governor Candidate (designing a strategy and set the tactics). Thus, the direct election of East Java, if managed and maintained by fair and healthy will have a significant impact, first decide which party oligarkhi chain tends to be a handful of elite interests in order to manipulate the collective interests of society, both to reduce legislative arrogance that often claims as a representative institution of the people and holder of the mandate of the people, the third ensures the legitimacy of local government (Regional Head) for the direct election will close the opportunity for nomination of regional heads of unwanted by local communities, and the fourth will open up opportunities for the implementation of popular sovereignty decisive victory for the regional head, all in hands of the people.
