Abstract

This study aims to know the implementation of goods and services procurement ethics conducted at PT. PELINDO III and also the perspective of Islam about the ethics that applied on the procurement of goods and services. This study used qualitative of empirical legal study which is a type of sociological legal study or also called as a field study, which examines the applicable legal provisions and the things that actually happen in the field. This method was used to see the implementation that occurred in the field and analyze the implementation by using Islamic perspective. The result of this study indicates that PT. PELINDO III has applied the applicable ethics as mentioned in Article 7 of Presidential Regulation Number 16 Year 2018 concerning about the Procurement of Goods / Services and also there is no deviation of Islamic norms are found in the implementation of those ethics.
