Abstract
The research was case study at PT. BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo titled: “Analysis of Financial Performance in PT BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo”. PeopleDebt Bank itself is a Bank which is done its activity in conventional way and/or according to syariah principle. In its activity it doesn't give payment traffic service, but also debt, saging, and deposit. This bank is similar as general bank, but its operational only in certain region, like residence. The research purpose is to find out whether financial performance in 2006-2008 period could be categorized health or unhealth, which existed in PT. BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo in Tumpang. This bank is a company with limited company form, run in financial service as financial institution between fund saving in savings or deposits with user and debt. The bank performance measurement used in this research aimed in financial aspect. Financial ratio analysis are CAEL, consisted of capital, quality asset, Rentability (earning) and liquidity. Beside, to calculate the health level of Bank, there could be used quantitative approach through various factors influenced in condition and development of a bank. Every factor determined is given the determination for one or some research components. The financial ratio used as a tool to calculate financial performance at PT BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo.The existence of People Debt Bank, fit with the weak capital ability from general people. BPR is a correct form to be built in Indonesia, also as financial institution to increase weak economy society. Calculation with financial ratio analysis tool to calculate bank financial performance year 2006-2008 consisted of capital aspect, asset quality, rentability, and liquidity. In PT. BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo, it could be grouped as healthy bank, could be seen from fund collection and debt circulation, capital, and good liquidity. According to above explanation, the writer implied that to increase bank performance in service, facility offer, and facility for customer, it would be better for PT. BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo get more effective 'ball taking' system application, by going directly to markets and helping transaction, whether saving or taking from customer. By the system, PT. BPR Tumpang Prima Artorejo would be able to defend its credibility, by getting bigger profit from transaction process of customer and reducing debt risk which couldn't be paid bigger than related customers.
