Abstract
This research is a direct observation on the object of research that is Perum Perhutani Parengan KPH, and with the title Model Balance Scorecard For Performance Measurement Management at Perhutani KPH Parengan. Where Perum Perhutani Parengan KPH is a State Owned Enterprise under the auspices of the Department of Forestry and the Ministry of State Own Enterprise in the given task and authority to enforce the planning, management, exploitation, and protection of forests in the work zone. Nature of the business is as usual implementation of a company's mission in general, namely getting the service for public use and also to increase profits based on the principles of corporate management. The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of the scorecard model, if adopted during Perum Perhutani KPH Parengan in his efforts in improving management performance. This kind of research is descriptive research by organizing activity data collection, data analysis, and interpretation of data. Descriptive research is a method in researching the status of a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought and events in the present class. The purpose of this research is to make dekriptif description, picture, or painting mathematically, factual and accurate statement of the facts, the properties and the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. The results showed that the Perum Perhutani KPH Parengan can use the Balance Scorecard as a measurement of performance management and based its analysis on the four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth showed good results. Emphasis of the assessment scorecard to Perum Perhutani KPH Parengan is internal business, this is in accordance with the vision and mission
