PENERAPAN MOIST WOUND HEALING TERHADAP MASALAH GANGGUAN INTEGRITAS JARINGAN ULKUS DEKUBITUS PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS HIPERGLIKEMI DI RUANG DIPONEGORO RSUD KANJURUHAN

Background : Decubitus ulcers are a condition where the anatomical structure and normal skin function are damaged as a result of continuous external pressure on bony prominences. If a decubitus ulcer is left for too long, the wound will deepen and can cause infection.
Objective: This final scientific paper for nurses (KIAN) aims to analyze nursing care for Mrs. S was diagnosed with Ulcus Decubitus.
Method: The research method used is a case report. Respondent 1 person had a decubitus ulcer who underwent moist wound healing treatment for 7 days.
Results: From the results of this study, it can be concluded that wound care using the moist wound healing method has proven to be effective, measured and proven by carrying out wound care for 7 days on Mrs. S and after each treatment the wound gets better
Conclusion: From the results of this study it can be concluded that wound care using the moist wound healing method has proven to be effective. This was proven by treating the respondents' wounds for 7 days, the wounds appeared to be getting better.
