Abstract
This research is a case study in the Sampang District General Hospital entitled "Analysis of Internal Control Structure Inventory Drugs In Sampang District General Hospital." The purpose of this study was to describe the system of internal control over Inventories Drugs In Sampang hospitals. The result is expected to further consideration by the manager of hospitals Sampang. In completing this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques, namely by following these steps: evaluating the internal control system which is associated with elements of the internal control system itself, namely: organizational structure, authority systems and recording procedures for drug analysis, analysis procedures for the purchase of drugs, drug analysis, admission procedures, analysis of drug spending, a healthy work practices, quality employees who fit with the field. From the results of research conducted, the researchers concluded that the organizational structure and system of authority in general hospitals Sampang is clearly divided between the existing functions with tasks that are owned by their respective related functions. Recruitment of employees using the selection and entry requirements that must be met by prospective employees. The form of card acceptance form of medical supplies and drugs still need to be improved for example is still not a list of drug demand (DPO) of section keunit pharmaceutical logistics, as part of the proof of purchase of medicines, as well as in distribution. It is expected to be done in order to remain operational barjalan well. Based on the above conclusions, the authors suggest the existence of a sudden inspection should be more frequently performed by the hospital management to improve the existing responsibilities of each function. The form can be refined to facilitate monitoring and control, among others, have realized the existence of a list of drug receipts and complete with printed serial number and distribution. It is better done with a complete so as to create an atmosphere of mutual watching one another.
