Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the home industry of Tempe on Jogotrunan sub- Lumajang, East Java. The research approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This is the study of the home industry, which is among the variables used in labor, raw materials, capital, and production, whereas for the dependent variable. using a home industry income needed in research. The methods of analysis used in this study were multiple linear regression, statistical tests T and F, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed a total income of home industry Tempe for a month of 1,073,930,000. Analysis of partial data can be in know with a confidence level of 98.5% that is 0.172 significant positive effect against income, -0.710 influential raw materials negatively to earnings, 1,291 influential capital significant positive against income, and influential production 0.034-significant negative against revenues.
