Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of Radhika Batik Tuban doing enterprise development by way of establishing a new branch. The research method used analysis based on the aspects of business feasibility study market aspect, namely the legal aspects, technical aspects, aspects of management, economic and environmental aspects, and the financial aspects. The results of this research from the aspect of the market, technical aspects, management aspects, economic aspects, and the financial aspects, while the legal aspects and environmental aspects are not feasible. Summary on the research, there are two aspects that are not feasible, other aspects declared viable. The legal aspect is not worth their permission is not owned, aspect viable market for their market potential, technical aspects of the business location in accordance with the criteria, aspects of the management of their human resources planning and organizational structure, economic aspects worthy because it provides benefits to society and the government, aspects lignkungan not feasible due to a negative impact on the environment and lack of governance. Financial aspects of using five criteria and in accordance with the criteria of investment.
