Abstract

A travel agent is a business or business that operates in the field of tourist travel services and provides services to its customers to meet travel needs such as tourism or business trips. Efisiensi Travel is a travel agent located in South Kalimantan, which faces the problem of not having a website for conveying information and facilitating company transactions. To solve this problem, the researcher designed a UI/UX website using the Design Thinking method. This method focuses on human needs and presents innovative solutions through several stages, such as empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The result of the research is a website prototype design, which will be tested on five users using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test. The SUS test is an application testing technique that measures the extent to which a product or system is easy to use by its users. The website prototype design scored 80% on the SUS test, indicating that it can provide a solution and meet the needs of website users.
