Abstract

This research aims to discuss the process of translating an Arabic animation entitled "Rusumu Diniyyah Islamiyyah Lil Athfal" into Indonesian. This animation is specifically designed to depict abstract concepts and moral values in a form that is easier for children to understand. Through the use of interesting characters and a heart-touching story, this animation aims to provide positive and educational messages to young audiences. The methods used in this translation are the intralingual translation method, the semantic translation method, and the communicative translation method. The results of this translation include efforts to create a fun and interactive learning experience for children. By combining audio and visual elements, it is hoped that this animation can provide teaching about the Islamic religion in a more in-depth and interesting way. However, during the translation process, the author experienced several obstacles, especially in understanding phrases or sentences that were difficult to translate literally. The conclusion of this report is that translating Arabic animation into Indonesian requires very in-depth knowledge of the context, themes and meaning contained in phrases and sentences that are difficult to understand. This process not only requires linguistic skills, but also a deep understanding of the moral messages and values that you want to convey through the animation. Thus, good translation requires careful effort and a deep understanding of the two languages involved.
