Abstract

This research is motivated by the values of character education contained in Marajo novel works of Amran. S.N. This study megacu on the implementation of character education as the best experience. Character education is the quality or mental or moral strength, character or character individual who is a special personality that drives and drive, and that differentiates it from other individuals. Based on further study of the novel Marajo Amran.SN work using descriptive qualitative method. The results of the analysis of the values of character education in Marajo novel is as follows. First the values of character education for themselves. The value of character education that affect the characters themselves. Both the values of character education for others. The value of character education that affect the other person or people around. These three values of character education to the environment. The value of character education that affect the environment. The value of character education of yourself, so people realize that his presence is not for myself, but more penring for another person other groups, nations and keseluruhanjuga ntuk environment. In this connection, namely education was needed in order to anticipate the consequences that caused. Various forms of belief system, religious system, religion in the contemporary world is partly or wholly education. Nonetheless, as a system of norms, with the positive aspects. Sega universe with its contents, the living world with various Problems are deposited, therefore every individual in addition to use it is also required to maintain it. A qualitative descriptive method that aims to provide the acquisition of the studied reality as it is. So the description stage meaning in literary texts are expected to completely opposite of the meaning contained in the literary text itself. From the analysis and discussion, it could be concluded that the novel Marajo Amran.SN work, found some value character education conducted by figures who exist in the novel and grooves that underlie the course of a story in the novel.
