Abstract
Keywords: Mairil, Santri, Pesantren, Kriminologis Mairil, Santri, Pesantren, Kriminologis Condition of social world in maisonette pesantren with reason construction of moral and take care of cultural value cause there is consequence which must be accounted on namely tighten interaction him among woman moeslems with men moeslems so that in all day long santri do not have freedom like society in general able to associate with with its oposite gender. In behavioral maisonette pesantren, ‘mairil’ and ‘nyempet’ represent two chummy word in ear of students moeslem and have in pesantren. The mentioned very interfere in because world of pesantren recognized by very coherent with religion nuance and behavior of mairil and the oppose against human being fitrah. This research take formula of problem is first, how behavioral tipology of deviation of sexual in maisonette pesantren of man Tambak Beras in Jombang; second, what is cause the happening of behavior of Mairil in maisonette pesantren of man Tambak Beras in Jombang factors; third, Is there any order in maisonette pesantren preventing the happening of ‘Mairil’; fourth, Is there any positive law order which arrange about behavior of ‘Mairil’. This research use method approach of criminologies yuridies, technics of data collecting in the form of interview with responder coming from santri and official member of maisonette pesantren as place intake of primary data. Later, then data result of the research analysed by deskriptive. From ten people of santri which as perpetrator of datas mairil, get from concerning tipology deviation of sexual of santri that is a) Mairil; b) Nyempet; c) love of a kind and behavioral cause factor of mairil of facet vexed factor and environment which have never see oposite gender. Become conclucion is each every human being in habit of his life and its opinion always follow situation of environment where he live. Or with other word, situation of environment where someone usually live, having an effect on big to behaviour and deed of people. At other clarification, in forming of law of pesantren shall the official member of pesantren intern require to make new law breakthrough which prohibit the happening of behavior of and mairil of ‘nyempet’. As according to the mentioned, official member of pesantren specially require to study to repeat curriculum payload so that more orienting to condition of psychological growth of santri and require to include sex education as part of curriculum of pesantren.
