Abstract

Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) is an important part of the construction services sector to protect the workforce from the dangers of accidents and occupational diseases and protect the work environment from negative impacts. This study used a data collection method by distributing questionnaires related to Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) which were distributed to 55 labor samples at the Gresik Sehati Hospital Construction Project as primary data. After obtaining primary data, modeling analysis was carried out using the smart-PLS application with several tests such as testing the initial model (outer model), namely convergent validity, discriminant validity and construct reliability. The inner model testing is the R-square test, path coefficient test, t-statistic test, Q-square test, fit model test and hypothesis test. The results of the modeling analysis found how the influence and level of significance with the path coefficient test value of the K3L application variable (X1) did not have a direct influence on labor productivity (Y) with a coefficient value = -0.079, while the labor variable (X2) affected Y with a coefficient value = 0.399 or 39.9% and X3 affected Y with a coefficient value = 0.342 or 34.2%. The results of the T-statistical test of the HSE application variable (X1) did not have a significant effect on the labor productivity variable (Y) with the value of T-statistic = 0.407 < (T-table = 1.65). While the labor variable (X2) and work environment variable (X3) have a significant effect on the labor productivity variable (Y) with a T-statistic value (X2) = 2.664 > 1.65 and a T-statistic value (X3) = 2.104 > 1.65. It can be concluded that indirectly, the higher the application of HSE increasingly lower the labor productivity. The higher the workforce training, labor professionalism and labor welfare can increase labor productivity by 39.9%. And the higher the creation of a safe, comfortable, conducive environment and the availability of supporting facilities can increase labor productivity by 34.2%.
