Abstract
This research forms case study in operation and give birth specially hospital with the title “Analysis System and Procedure to Take Care Of Service In Operation And Give Birth Specially Hospital IPHI”. The purpose from this research to know how System and Procedure Take Care Of Service In Operation and Give Birth Hospital IPHI. System is procedure network that makes according to integrated patern for doing main activity of the business. Procedure is the deep clerycal, as usually use many people to guarantee for the separation transaction. (Mulyany, 2001:6) In this research, researcher use qualitative descriptive and according to documentation and interview to collected the data. The data analysis in this research is descriptive in deep explaination about the topic. Accounting sytem aplication at the hospital has function as an equipment to fix intern control information. According to data analysis , we can know the problem in operation and give birth specially hospital is the less of effective system and procedure to take care of hospital and cash receipt. This matter we can see at the transaction registration, the counter receive check up payment and receive continue check up payment all at once. So, the hospital must separate between registration payment and check up, in order the service process can do it fast. The receipt only doble two and the registration number print yet, in order makes deviation with data manipulation manner.
