Abstract

Competition in the tourism industry is the main basis for considering the determination of the right marketing strategy to influence consumer interest interms of visitation. The important elements of the company in meeting consumer satisfaction are controlled by a series of 7P marketing mix strategies. Therefore, this research focuses on the marketing mix strategy carried out by Jawa Timur
Park 3 to determine the holistic role of the marketing mix variables; product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence in achieving sustainable marketing and tourism goals. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative based with purposive sampling technique. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the marketing mix strategy at Jawa Timur Park 3 has a significant impact on the marketing approach while supporting sustainable tourism as a form of preservation of cultural and ecological assets in the long term.
