Abstract
The research was descriptive research titled “Customer Perception to the application of Syariah Principles at Syariah Banking in Malang”. The respondents were Syariah Bank customer in Malang City. The research aimed to find how the perception of Syariah Bank customers to the application of Syariah principle by Syariah Banking at Malang. Analytical tool used was descriptive statistic analysis. By describing Syariah Bank operational principle which was questionnairre instruments. Principles which became variable in this research were fair principle, similarity, and conformity. The research through questionnaire would be tested its reliability and validity. After reliability and validity test there would be found reliable and valid to be used. Tested data would be analyzed by descriptive statistic analysis. Analytical result showed that syariah Bank in Malang City had applied all syariah principles in their operational. But still there several things to be fixed. They were checking conditions completion, legal promise, and one side condition. From above conclusion, the writer suggest the bank to re-consider negotiation of condition making with its customer. They had to be more careful in preparing legal promise.
