Abstract
This research conducted in Sub-Province of Lamongan with title " Analysis Style Leadership ( Study At Government Of Sub-Province of Lamongan Monetary Body and Goods Area)". Intention of this research is to know Style Leadership of Situasional what is in wearing at Monetary Body and Goods Area seen from behavior of duty and behavior of relation then in attributing to with subordinate maturity level. Analyzer is used in this research is spanning scale, by using appliance as scale of likert. scale of Likert is measurement technique using score every poin Result of research indicate at BKBD ( Monetary Body and Goods Area) using consultative leadership style seen at behavior of very high duty totally score 210,8 and its behavior of high him with total score 200,6 while its maturity level of him at high level which in seeing from total score 200,5. Conclusion of this research that correct style to applying behavioral BKBD its duty have very high and behavior of its high relation hence if seen from style theory leadership of situasional according to and hersey of banchard style leadership of this matter partisipasif because of subordinate maturity level which have high namely subordinate have can but do not want to do.
