Abstract
Economiser is the one of heat transfer that has a function in raising up the temperature of the water before enter to the ketel drum. This economiser is placed in the water pipe of boiller, where this boiller can be defined as an energy convertion that is made from steel and has a form like vessel. The function of this vessel is to get the vapor by changing the phase from liquid to vapor. This way done by heating and burning the fuel. Sugar companies and home industry has operated the boiller, but this boiller do not fill the economiser yet. Here, the writer arrange the economiser of the boiller. So, he can compare whether the boiller that has been setted or not. By doing this way, the writer hopes thet sugar companies or home industry can improve their productivity.
