Abstract
Among cooperation aspects, are economic aspect. Economics islam hasthe Character of dynamic according to room dimension and time, because Islam are rahmatan lil alamin. Islam arrange the system of him whit a unique method. Islam look into the problem of economics donot from capitalist viewpoint and do not also from sudud look into sosialis, however Islam agree the existence of individual ringst without destroying society. Economic concept of islam isn’t it moral aspect and life material as bases to develop build strength of above economics of moral values. Thereby isn’t approach of islam lay in value system coloring economic behavior or life and come within by elementary values him which stem from tauhid. In the life of emphasis economics of focaused at vertical dynamics and horizontal. Islam affirm that natural owner along whit its contents absolutely is owned by Allah of SWT. Human being as khalifah given by ability having the character of conceptual, so that can process, and exploit nature along with its contents to create prosperyti with. Like what is faced by ulama’ulama’ islam this time with existence of progress of electronic technology that goes on this very fast have influenced almost entire all aspect life of society. For example internet, what initially function as means of transfer of erudite data and academic, nowdays have turned into suplay of everyday life and can be accessed from various world cleft. This matter is market with sales appearance internet or is often referred as with ecommerce exploiting internet as communications media, collaboration, and cooperative. Is on the other side islam society specially require answers to all that happened effect of progresses of this technology. In consequence writer try to draw possible red yarn during the time become question for society concerning sales through this internet of whet validity do not, which evaluated from civil law aspect and islam law. This thesis using research method of qualitative normative. Here in after, all given correction and suggestion for the agenda of completion of this thesis very valuable for writer. Then to Allah also writer ask pardon to the all insuffiency, limitation, negligence.
