Abstract

This study, entitled "Effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises (KSU) Sinar Jaya Malang purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether organizational commitment has an influence on the performance of employees at Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Sinar Jaya Malang. The population in this study were all employees of the marketing Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises (KSU) Sinar Jaya Malang. The number of samples is 32 employees are determined using total sampling techniques. The hypothesis of this study is suspected that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employees at Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises (KSU) Sinar Jaya Malang ". The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect between Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises (KSU) Sinar Jaya Malang.
