Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe how the motivation, capabilities and performance of employees, to analyze the motivation and the ability to exercise significant influence on employee performance and to determine which variables are more powerful influence on employee performance. The analytical tool used in this study using a range of analytical scale and multiple linear regression. Respondents of this study were all employees of the production. The sampling technique is the total sampling as many as 30 respondents. Research results obtained that the motivation and ability in the high category. Motivation and ability to significantly influence employee performance and motivation stronger influence on employee performance UD.Bintang Arut Lamongan. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the company expected to be able to meet the needs of the award is less than the maximum effort in to do to get the motivation and ability of the karyawanya that the expected performance can be achieved, and enterprises can flourish.
