The author of this study took the title "IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL BRIMEN SYSTEMS FOR CREDIT CUSTOMERS AT PT. BANK PEOPLE OF INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk. BLITAR CEMARA UNITS ”. the brimen digital system is a system that regulates credit documents stored in digital form and physical documents stored in a place that has been adapted to the system.
The purpose of the authors to take this research is to find out the Brimen digital system for credit customers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Blitar cemara units.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely the method used to explain and describe the brimen systems and procedures based on the results of observations and interviews at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Blitar cemara units.

The results of the research that the author did while running street vendors in the Blitar cemara unit BRI. The author gets the result that the Brimen digital system is carried out through a number of structured stages starting from the process of receiving credit documents, inputting them into the Brimen system, storing documents, administering documents in and out, returning collateral, and issuing a certificate of settlement. Problems and solutions to the Brimen's digital system, including the lack of workers in working on the brimen and not all brimen procedures are carried out according to directions from the central Brimen. So it is necessary to provide education to unit offices regarding the importance of the Brimen digital system.
