This experiment is problem study to explain solving problem base on the data according the problem that search at PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang, the tittle is “Analisis Kelayakan Dalam Pemberian Kredit Pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (Studi Kasus pada PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang)”. The aim of the experiment is to know how PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang in estimating properly or unproperly for candidate of partner building to get credit loan. The writer takes 4 samples candidate partner which get the data from PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang as the report of financial and data information credit by candidate partner. The instruments that use to know properly or not for candidate partner for getting loan credit is the factor of analysis credit 6C (character, capacity, capital, condition,collateral, constraint); 7P (personality, party, purpose, prospect, payment, profitability, protection); dan 3R (return, repayment capacity, risk bearing ability). The process of analysis data by using 6C, 7P and 3R are very usefull for PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang because by using in analysis data’s report of financial although personal based of candidate partner properly or not to get the credit. The result that is getting from analysis data to show that the three candidate partners really properly is given loan credit because complete of all condition and criteria 6C, 7P, and 3R asas and according the procedure that showed by PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang. Based on the conclusion above, the writer can conclude that PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang isn’t only uses 6C asas in value candidate partner, but also more usefull 7P asas that are personality, party, perpose, prospect, payment, prgfrtability, protection and also can uses 3R asas are returns, repayment capacity, risk bearing ability. The estimation by uses 7P and 3R asas also can be certain the company about the ability of the partner in getting credit to distribute.
