Abstract
The research objective is measuring the performance of company’s finance to find out the added value that happened so that investors gain return from the invested capital. The analysis instruments used are Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA). Standard to determine the economic value has increased are EVA and MVA > 0. Whereas to find out the association level of EVA and MVA use the Spearman Correlation Rank Test. Analysis results indicate that in 2004-2008 PT. Indosat Tbk has EVA and MVA > 0. These indicate that in that period PT. Indosat Tbk has succeed creating the company added value. Whereas analysis data by using the Spearman Correlation Rank method, the results show that EVA does not correlate significantly with MVA.
