Abstract

This is a descriptive quantitative study with the title "Savings Products Al Ailah from Model of Islamic Cooperation Cooperative Center (PUSKOPSYAH) Alkamil Malang with PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Malang " The purpose of this paper is to determine how the model of cooperation undertaken by both parties as well as any procedure done to make savings of Al Ailah. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the types of data that the data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through interviews directly to the bank. Secondary data is data obtained through additional information to supplement the information obtained from the author of the documents / books that support the writing of the report or the research on Sharia Cooperative Center Alkamil Malang. From the results of the study suggested that the cooperation model was done by co-branding, namely research agreement made by the two sides in combining the two products into one new product in the form of Al Ailah savings. The pillars and the terms in a contract that includes Shighat al-aqad (Statement For Self Tying), Al aqidain (berakad Parties), Expensive al-aqad (Object Agreement), and maudhu al-aqad (Objective Agreement). Grooves in making this Ailah Al savings will also be explained.
