The thesis observation had been done on East Java Puskopsyah Alkamil which it have title "Marketing Strategy in increasing the mount of "Alkamil Kids" saving customer on East Java Puskopsyah Alkamil". The observation purpose are knowing the marketing strategy in increasing the mount of " Alkamil Kids" saving costumer on East Java Puskopsyah Alkamil, also to know the adventages and disadventages of marketing had been done by the Puskopsyah maketing team. Collecting data technigue by using interview to one of East Java Puskopsyah Alkamil marketing team located in Pinang Merah I street number 1-A Lowokwaru Malang. Also interview with the head masters which they already made agreement to East Java Puskopsyah Alkamil or not. So, the collecting data's are mean and addition data's. The result of observation show the marketing strategy had been done was very good. So, it can be increasing of the Alkamil kids saving costumer in rapidly, one of the strategy which the team done to do the mobile banking program. So, all the saving transaction can be done on the saving costumer or institution location.
