Abstract
Incentive problems sometimes still often ignored by companies, although in fact the problem of incentives is one of the main ways to improve and maintain the motivation of workers in connection with efforts to increase work productivity. UD. "WIRANTO" a company that produces a wide range of furniture in the building. Problems faced by UD. "WIRANTO" is how that employee productivity can be increased. In an attempt to resolve these problems in the proposed design will work incentives using the method of Rowan's Plan. This is based on the resulting level of efficiency (x) is 1.175 <1.8 and the criteria on the method of Rowan's Plan is the level of efficiency (x) <1.8. Based on the results of analysis by entering the formula for bonuses according to The Rowan Plan is obtained 0.15 or 15%. Because in this case that more emphasis is employee incentives. With this design, expected results of this study may provide additional information to the company or may be able to help companies to determine the time standards in other parts. Especially to determine the provision of incentives to workers, as we know that this incentive will motivate workers to work much more excitement, which in turn will increase work efficiency and productivity of workers, and consequently will increase the productivity of the company.
