Abstract

This research aims to prove and empirically test the influence of suitability of
compensation and work environment on fraud intention in managing village fund allocations
with device morality as a moderating variable on conditional intentions. The object of the
research was carried out in Bula District, Seram Regency, Eastern Maluku, totaling 10 villages,
namely: Bula Village, Bula Air Fatolo Village, Englas Village, Kampung Gorom Village,
Kampung Wailola Village, Limumir Village, Salas Village, Sesar Village, Fattolo Village, Tansi
Village Ambon in 2022-2023. The sampling technique in this research used a quantitative
approach method with a sample size of all village officials in Bula District totaling 74 people.
The data analysis technique in this research uses the testing method. Distribution of questionnaires directly with the PLS Smart statistical tool 0.3. The results of the partial
research show that Compensation Appropriateness has a significant influence on fraudulent
intentions, the work environment does not have a significant influence on fraudulent
intentions, the morality of village officials cannot Moderating Compensation Appropriateness
against fraudulent intentions, Morality of Village Officials cannot Moderate the Work
Environment against fraudulent intentions
