Abstract
The development of Internet access technology has reached the mobile phase using wireless-based access to the media. Final task was to discuss the development of software that will facilitate the processing of one wireless access media that is often called HOTSPOT, HOTSPOT system is built paying a web-based system, capable to determine a business plan cashier management, application rates, prepaid voucher generators, user processing and billing and bill. In making this Final Project authors Operation system (Linux Ubuntu 7.10), complete with a Radius Server database (Free Radius), Captive Portal (ChiliSpot) , Web Server.
