The use of a microcontroller as the control unit come on very broad. Because the equipment is controlled electronically gives more ease of use. Mobile phone functions can be optimized as controlling electrical equipment for ease of control, then in this thesis made application software control system that uses android based mobile phone as the controller. Mobile phone applications as controlling electrical equipment that runs on the Android operating system in which all users of electronic devices based on the Android operating system can be run with a minimum of Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) - Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) makes for efficient control of electrical equipment without having to press conventional switch and without having to locate the switch. Only with an electronic device based on the Android operating system (Smart Phone) can control several electrical appliances at once. The use of electrical equipment control applications running on the Android operating system easier for users with limited physical abilities can easily control electrical equipment.
