Abstract

In the process of learning, need to use the varied learning model. One model of learning that has been developed to enhance the activity and learning outcomes of students in learning mathematics is learning model ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction). ATI is an approach or model of learning that seeks and find treatment-treatment (Treatment) that match the differences in ability (aptitude) of students, that is optimally effective treatment is applied to students of different levels of his ability. ATI learning model can be developed into three shape variations in treatment, (1) model of self-learning "model plus" for highly capable students, (2) treatment of the regular teaching for students enabled medium, (3) special treat monitor Re-enabled teaching to students of low . ATI learning model aims to enhance the activity of students and teachers as well as describing the thoroughness of student learning. This study was designed to use a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are the methods of observation and tests. Instrument in this study were student activity sheets and teacher observations, and student learning test sheet. Data collected in this form of activity fieldwork students and teachers as well as test results. The research was carried out in high school Pandaan Foundation on May 12 to May 20 using the method of observation and test based on research results can be concluded: (1) The activity of class X in the learning process quite well with the ATI model with percentage 81.51%, which seen from the average - each meeting on the group average high of 82.43%, the group was 79.98% and 81.94% in the low group.activity teachers in the learning process quite well with the ATI model with a percentage of 84.24%, which at the first meeting of a large percentage of the activity of teachers was 88.84%, at a meeting kedua83.33% and the third meeting of 80.55%. (2) exhaustiveness X high school students learn the foundations of individual states that 75.86% of students said to be complete. While 24.13% of students said to be complete. Traditionally said to be complete. Based on the results of daily tests test analysis shows that the percentage achievement of 75.86% achieved in the classical style then in the classical style can be said to be complete because the rates have reached more than 75%.
