Abstract

Today, various kind of charger became a crucial stuff for human's lives in running their days. So that many products were spreaded out independently around the people, such a phone charger, laptop, toys, and so on. The charger had different varieties particularly on the output that used filling way with smallest current charging and some of them used LCD application, And also used cut-off system when it was full and the price was reachable. So by the development of charger we had to create a creative and innovative device as an alternative choice for the people with the accessible cost. For instance, quick charger which were least spreaded, so that quick charger with PWM basic element with bigger current output which was simply made to ensure the users would not get any difficulties to use that new innovation.
