Abstract

The study's goal was to learn about the application of accounting information systems sales at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Simpang Borobudur Blimbing Branch Malang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Secondary data were obtained from the documents contained in the PT. Indomarco Prismatama Simpang Borobudur Blimbing Branch Malang. Techniques of data analysis in this study the authors used data analysis techniques with the following stages: 1. An analysis of accounting information systems input sales, the documents used in cash sales. 2. An analysis of the accounting information system sales. 3. Analysis of the output of the accounting information system in the form of sales of sales reports. 4. Evaluate whether the application of accounting information systems sales are running effectively and efficiently. The results showed that the accounting information system at the sales function at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Simpang Borobudur Blimbing Malang branch had run effectively and efficiently, it can be seen from the input sales accounting information system that is used forms are complete, the run was going well which can be seen from the flowchart, and the resulting output is pretty good.
