Abstract
Background : Predisposition factor cholelitiasis are fat, female, forty, fertile. Cholelitiasis, one of the disease who the incidence increase today. Many recent studies have shown that cholelithiasis disease is related to age, sex, and metabolic disorders, such as obesity, dislipidemia, and diabetes tipe 2. Aim : To know overview of Cholelithiasis patients in installation Surgeon care in dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital of Malang since from 1st Januari – 31st Desember 2008. Method & Samples : This study do with cross sectional method, samples in this research are 65 people. Inclusion criteria are patients who in physical examination have pain in upper right quadrant and have diagnosed with ultrasound. The data was conducted with total sampling from patient medical record in dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital of Malang Results & Discussionn : A total 65 people, 68% was women. A peak of age in cholelithiasis was 4049 years old for 42%, triglyceride concentration < 150 mg/dL was 59%, HDL concentration in women < 39 mg/dL was 41% and in men ≥ 35 mg/dL was 3%, LDL concentration < 155 mg/dL was 59%, cholesterol total concentration < 220 mg/dL was 65%, FPG was < 110 mg/dL 68%, upper right quadrant pain was 97%, cholesterol stone find in 9 people, the complicationwas acute cholesistitis was 10,7%. Summary : Gender and age 4049 have important factor in incidence cholelithiasis.
