Abstract
This Research represent quantitative descriptive research with title " Cost Analysis Produce To Measure Storey Level Efficiency Produce At PDAM Tulungagung". Target of this research is to know clean water production cost efficiency storey level at PDAM Tulungagung. Analyzer which is used in this research is analysis of VARIANS. To know clean water production cost efficiency storey level at PDAM can be analysed by using difference analysis at raw material, direct labor and factory overhead cost. From result of research can know that during period of research of year 2005 until 2008 efficiency storey level produce at raw material difference and beneficial factory overhead cost difference. While at direct labor difference happened production efficiency storey level which do not profit in the year 2005 until 2008 but at mixture difference happened beneficial production efficiency storey level. Pursuant to result of research, writer can suggest PDAM Tulungagung require to improve again at normal capacities, direct labor and labour hourm so that earn more effective in the case of
